LBSkeletons is a robotic transformable illumination composed of the audio (pneumatic sound) and visual (dynamic deformation) elements. Using foldable structural design connected with micro pneumatic cylinders and sensor networks, it builds up a kind of artificial-life lamp that interacts with spectators. The body of LBSkeletons is constituted of thousands of tiny pore units. It detects the presence of one or more individuals surrounded, and reacts in harmony with the breathing rhythm of the pores.
